  Which plate full of goodness would you love for dinner tonight?🍽🤔 All so delicious and I love how fresh they all are!! All the perfect flavor for any weekday. 


1️⃣grilled chicken & creamy veggie rice☀️
2️⃣bbq chicken meatballs👌🏼
3️⃣barbecue chicken with creamy veggie 🍝
4️⃣marinated the chicken in lemon🍋


1️⃣Lemon pepper chicken (marinated in lemon juice then seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic. pan seared in olive oil about 5 minutes each side on medium heat) + creamy veggie rice (white rice cooked according to package. used chicken broth instead of water. Once cook, added leftover sautéed broccoli & onions then sprinkled in some 




2️⃣bbq chicken meatballs (1/2 pound ground chicken, 2 tbs red onion, dash of smoked paprika, salt, pepper & some garlic. formed into balls then bake at 350° for 25 minutes. toss in bbq sauce then bake for another 5. this made 5 meatballs, can easily double the recipe!) + lemon pepper rice (make rice according to package, sub chicken broth for the water. once cooked, add in lots of lemon pepper seasoning OR juice of half a lemon, pepper, salt, garlic powder & red pepper flakes) + steamed broccoli


3️⃣chicken marinated in bbq sauce & bakes at 400° for 30 minutes + creamy veggie pasta (melted together butter, milk & some pasta water. added in cooked pasta, parsley, red pepper flakes & lots of parm. mix together everything until melted together. topped with extra spices)


4️⃣chicken marinated in lemon then seasoned with everyday seasoning. baked at 400° for about 30 minutes + frozen green beans cooked same way but added for the last 15 minutes + instant white rice cooked according to package. sub chicken broth for the water though. once cooked, add about 1 tbs butter & grated parm
